For the audit and campaign packs, no: we test your website and app just like a customer would. For CI/CD automation we do need repository access, always under a confidentiality agreement.
Not without your permission. We usually stop right before payment or use a test environment with test cards. If you want the real payment validated, we agree on it with you first.
No. We test that your flows work across browsers and devices and can handle the traffic. Penetration testing is a separate specialty; if you need it, we'll tell you plainly.
Ideally, start 3 to 4 weeks ahead so your team has time to fix what we find. If you're short on time, the Express Check is delivered within 48 business hours.
